General requirements for the Machine
Required environment
Keep the temperature at a balanced level, especially during precise cutting.
Working temperature10ºC~40ºC, when 20ºC, humidity should be around: 40~75%
To keep the static accuracy of the machine within the specified range, the best temperature is within 15ºC~25ºC, and the temperature difference should not exceed ±2ºC/24h.
Power supply voltage: 3-phase, 380V, voltage fluctuation within ±10%, power supply frequency: 50HZ.
If the voltage in the area is unstable, the machine should be equipped with a regulated power supply to ensure the normal operation of the machine tool.
The machine should have a reliable grounding: the grounding wire should be copper wire, the wire diameter should not be less than 10mm², and the grounding resistance should be less than 4 ohms.
In order to ensure the normal working performance of the machine, if the compressed air of the air source does not meet the requirements, a set of air source purification devices (dehumidification, degreasing, filtration) should be in placed before the machine's air intake.
Keep the machine away from direct sunlight, intense vibration, high heat, high-frequency generators and electric welding machines, etc., to avoid machine production failure or loss of machine tool accuracy.
